The Aquaculture Surveying, Testing and Accreditation Center (ASTAC) is a public service unit under the Directorate of Fisheries, established in 2010 under Decision No. 05/2010/QD-TTg dated January 25, 2010 of the Prime Minister on the Regulation of functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Directorate of Fisheries under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

• Testing, inspecting, and certifying breeds, aquatic feed, chemicals, biological preparations, environmental treatment products used in aquaculture, water environment in aquaculture.
